SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, USPS assumes full responsibility for the delivery process.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer.

Resolution: If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but the package is missing, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim and seek resolution.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

REFUNDS

We maintain a strict No Refund policy. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for any purchases.

EXCHANGES

We are pleased to offer exchanges for eligible items. Items must be postmarked or returned to us within seven (7) days from the original delivery date to qualify for an exchange.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All discounted or marked-down merchandise, including items purchased during promotional sales, are considered FINAL SALE. These items are ineligible for exchange or return.
